KITCHENS & CABINETSCounter tops: All our single family homes include a Quartz Counter top covering all cabinets, including the kitchens, bathrooms and laundry rooms. Some models may have a granite of similar style and quality as well.
Cabinets: Most models include stained or painted maple cabinets with the option of MDF or Vinyl Wrap cabinets in our multi-family units. Appliances: Our Kitchens include all stainless steel appliances*, including the fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Washers & Dryers are negotiable. *Models and styles are subject to change per home. |

FLOORING & FINISHESFlooring: All main floor living spaces are currently finished with Vinyl Plank & Ceramic Tile in the bathrooms, laundry rooms, & split level foyers. Our Bedrooms, stairs* & family rooms are finishes in carpet as a standard.
*split-levels will have tile/vinyl plank leading to the spaces Railings: We finish all our raining with maple & iron spindles, the maple is stained to accent the home and will vary per home. |

EXTERIORSArchitectural Controls: Architectural Controls are subject in almost every new development. We thrive to keep our exteriors up to the neighborhood's standards to blend seamlessly with other homes.These controls include the type of exterior finish and amount of stone each home contains. It also can dictate the style and pitch of each roof-line. Our Standard Package includes vinyl siding, as well as accent Stone/Brickwork, and brushed driveways.
Decks: Our homes always include a builder grade deck with aluminum railings and duradeck coverings. Stairs off the deck are subject to change depending on the grade of the lots. Each Deck includes a Gas-line for a Barbecue. Garages: Garages are taped, and include a gas line for a future heater, as well as the rough ins for a future central vacuum. |

CUSTOM FINISHES & EXTRASOverall, we tend to balance our finishes from home to home. When purchasing a spec, you may see familiar, yet personalized details from home to home. This includes the style of fireplace mantels, different but classic interior doors, built-in cabinets, wall moldings, and railings. We enjoy the traditional finishes, making only minor adjustments per home.
Our standards include Maple Railings stained to accent the home, with iron spindles. Swing doors on all interior openings, including closets, Rounded corners/bead, and classic squared off casings and trim work. We also like to focus on an array of light fixtures, to create a unique yet complimenting finish to each model. |
